How do I use the applicator properly?

To use the applicator, carefully remove it from the plastic wrap and gently pull the plunger out of the barrel. Insert the Moisturizing Pearl into the barrel, then reinsert the plunger, guiding the pearl toward the flower-shaped opening at the top. Hold the applicator at the bottom of the barrel, where the three lines are marked, and gently insert it into the vagina until it reaches the three-line point. Once in place, hold the barrel and push the plunger until it reaches your fingers, releasing the pearl. Stop once the plunger reaches the flower-shaped end to prevent damage to the applicator.

Can the applicator be used more than once?

Each disposable applicator is designed for use with one bottle of coconut oil, which yields 12 suppositories. For safety and best results, reuse is not recommended.

How many pearls are included in each refill bottle?

Each bottle contains approximately 30ml of Coconut Oil. With each of the 12 sphere molds using around 2ml, you can expect to make 12 spheres from each 1 fl.oz bottle.

Each bottle contains approximately 12 pearls' worth of Coconut Oil, with a total of around 72 pearls. Depending on the desired level of lubrication and frequency of use, this typically lasts users 1 to 2 months.

Can I use the refill tray with my own Coconut Oil?

Why do I see round spots or "balls" of coconut oil on the inside of the sealed bottle?

What you’re seeing are natural "cooling spots" of the coconut oil. Coconut oil solidifies when the temperature drops below about 76°F, and if it cools unevenly inside the bottle, it can form little round clumps or spots on the sides. They can look like ice crystals or balls, but it’s simply the oil changing from liquid back to solid in certain areas. This is completely normal and happens often with pure, unrefined coconut oil. Once the bottle warms up a bit, those spots will melt right back into the oil. Rest assured, your coconut oil is fresh, safe, and perfectly fine to use.

How long does the refill tray last?

The silicone tray is generally resistant to oils and other substances; however, prolonged or repeated exposure to oils like Coconut Oil can gradually break it down, compromising its integrity. For this reason, we recommend replacing the intimacy refill tray periodically.

Does "handcrafted" mean that all the items displayed are individually crafted by hand?

No, not all of the items shown are handcrafted. However, the silicone tray containing the 12 sphere molds is handcrafted. This custom silicone tray is currently in patent-pending status while the approval process is underway. We have provided the application number on the patent-pending page for reference.
